Plaintiff United States Lines Company ("United States Lines") claims indemnification from Jarka Corporation of New England ("Jarka") due to its alleged failure to perform properly a stevedoring contract with the plaintiff. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff had been sued in the state courts by Henry A. Lynch, a longshoreman employed by Jarka, for injuries which he received while on board the plaintiff's vessel SS Pioneer...
