G. A. Ivey, a resident of Monroe County, executed a will on January 7, 1949, and died on August 29, 1962, while a resident of that county. He bequeathed all of his property to his wife Mrs. Myrtis Ivey for life with remainder to his two minor children, Dewitt Ivey and Hazel Ivey. He named his wife executrix of his will.
