This is an appeal by the defendant Hughes from his conviction upon a plea of guilty to Count One of an indictment charging him with carrying heroin from Dallas, Texas, to St. Louis, Missouri, in violation of 26 U.S.C.A. § 4724(b) and the resulting ten-year imprisonment sentence imposed.
