The State loaned to the Village of Catskill a sand loading machine for which no charge was made. At the time of the accident the machine was being operated by the claimant, a village employee. The claimant alleged that the accident occurred as the result of a defect in the machine, but the court found that the claimant failed to prove any defect in the machine and that the State was not guilty of negligence.
