This is an action brought by Lucial G. Steinberg, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against Everette Lester Pape, hereinafter referred to as defendant, as a result of an automobile accident occurring at the intersection of Fifty-second and Cuming Streets in Omaha, Nebraska.
