To acquire an access road to Dulles International Airport, the United States condemned and, by its declaration of taking filed May 25, 1960, took a strip of land 300 feet wide and 3½ miles long (consisting of 175.3360 acres) through the middle of an approximately 7,000 acre tract (the Sunset Hills tract) owned by A.
