JONES, Justice.

Paul "Sonny" Burke, Jr. was convicted of arson in the Circuit Court of Polk County, and was sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary with three years suspended. He assigned thirty-seven errors in his motion for a new trial which was overruled by the trial court. He has appealed to this court and relies on seven points for reversal.
