An automobile driven by appellant, Lester Willis, struck the rear of an automobile operated by appellee, Ray Elledge, on West Markham Street in Little Rock about 5:30 PM in December, 1965, the Elledge vehicle being stopped at the time, awaiting the clearance of westbound traffic. Elledge instituted suit against appellant for damages, alleging personal injuries, and contending that Willis was guilty of negligence, and further asserting that appellant...
