An automobile driven by appellant, Lester Willis, struck the rear of an automobile operated by appellee, Ray Elledge, on West Markham Street in Little Rock about 5:30 PM in December, 1965, the Elledge vehicle being stopped at the time, awaiting the clearance of westbound traffic.
