The apparently unending story of this case is truly a remarkable one. It was on a night almost eight years ago that the Finkelstein Supply Corporation was robbed of $3,866 by a man armed with a deadly weapon. On September 3, 1959, an information was filed charging appellant Gerald Glen Boyden with this crime and also with two prior felony convictions.
