This is a consolidated appeal by counter-defendants from that portion of a final decree in a divorce and alimony action wherein the trial court decreed the ownership of certain parcels of real property, the record title to which was vested in appellants, to be beneficially owned by the plaintiff-husband, Harold E. Case. The court then decreed that such property could be subject to sequestration to enforce the payment of alimony...
