Plaintiffs sued for breach of contract to purchase a ranch, for conversion of 1,392 head of cattle, and for fraud, all in connection with a single transaction for the sale of a Nevada cattle ranch. After a nonjury trial, plaintiffs took a judgment of $20,425 for defendants' breach of contract. The court found against defendants on their cross-complaint for breach of two subsidiary contracts in which plaintiffs had agreed to sell $70,000 worth of cattle...
