The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans has appealed from a judgment in plaintiff's favor for $3000, etc., representing damages allegedly sustained by her on the afternoon of January 6, 1962, while she was walking on the sidewalk in the 1500 block of Delery Street. Plaintiff filed an original and three amended and supplemental petitions alleging in substance that while so walking she stepped upon what she had reason to believe was a safe portion...
