PER CURIAM:

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in violation of section 321.281 Code 1962. Defendant appeared with his attorney, was arraigned and entered a plea of guilty to the crime charged. At his request sentence was delayed a month and 16 days. He was then fined $300 and costs and in default of payment was ordered committed to the county jail 60 days. Defendant's appeal, evidently...
