This is a bill in equity in which the plaintiffs seek to enjoin the defendant H. Arthur Sweatt, administrator of the estate of Herbert A. Sweatt, from transferring "or in any manner dealing with" a number of shares of stock in the defendant M & J Corporation (Corporation) "standing in the name of ... Herbert A. Sweatt, deceased." They also seek to have these same shares transferred to the Corporation upon the payment of a certain sum in ten equal instalments...
