Appellant, Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, contends that the $161,000 award in favor of appellees Lawrence Fisher and Faye Fisher is excessive, and that the trial court erred in awarding interest on the amount in excess of the $101,081.26 deposit during the period appellees were entitled to collect rent on the property.
