On May 7, 1959, an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against Robert L. Strauss. Hearings were held September 28-29, 1959, for purposes of §§ 3(d)1 and 21(a)2 of the Bankruptcy Act. At the conclusion of the hearings, Strauss was adjudicated bankrupt. A first meeting of creditors was held November 20, 1959. The trustees filed specifications and amended specifications...
