Appellant, administrator of the estate of J. D. Nolen, brings this appeal primarily for the benefit of Mr. Nolen's children by his first wife, in order to determine the right of ownership of two savings accounts carried by Mr. Nolen at the time of his death. Appellees are the Pocahontas Federal Savings & Loan Association, Mary E. Mondy and Maggie Burkeen, and Mary E. Mondy, administratrix of the estate of Thucie Nolen, deceased.
