Appellant, defendant below, appeals under the Act of March 5, 1925, P.L. 23, § 1, 12 P.S. § 672 from the denial by the trial court of his preliminary objections which asserted that jurisdiction had not been obtained over the person of appellant. That act provides that the trial court's decision "may be appealed to the Supreme Court or the Superior Court, as in cases of final judgments." As a general rule...
