This is a condemnation suit filed by the United States against 121 acres of land, more or less, in the County of Marin, naming defendants Bettini, McCarthy, MacMahon, Allen, Marshall and Baty as owners of Parcel 2 (58 acres) and the defendant Stockstill as owner of Parcel 3 (30 acres).
