Florentino Covarrubias, appellee, instituted this suit against Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, appellant, for damages allegedly incurred as a result of injuries sustained by his two minor sons, Guadalupe and George Coverrubias. Those injuries arose out of the explosion of a railroad signaling device commonly called a torpedo, while it was being handled by the two boys.
