This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of claim 11 in appellants' application1 entitled "Soap Composition." One claim was allowed by the board.

The appealed claim reads as follows:

11. A lubricious composition for the skin which consists essentially of a major proportion of ingredients selected from the group consisting of non-soap anionic and non-ionic synthetic...
