KILKENNY, District Judge:

Plaintiff charges the defendants with maliciously publishing false and defamatory statements related to plaintiff by means of radio, television and the press. Substantial special, compensatory and punitive damages are claimed. Previously, the Court quashed the service of process on defendants Morris Schaeffer and Victor Buhler.
