These two claims, arising out of the same appropriation, were timely filed after the date of vesting, namely, May 10, 1961. The claimants' interests have not been assigned. The two cases, upon affirmance by the Appellate Division of an order of consolidation made by a Judge of this court, were consolidated for the purpose of this trial, but separate awards are to be rendered.
