This is an action to recover property damage which resulted when motor vehicles of plaintiff and defendant collided at the intersection of South Main and Morehead Streets in the city of Burlington. The collision occurred about 9:55 A.M. on 16 November 1963, in a business district. Traffic at the intersection is controlled by automatic signal lights.
