This is an appeal from a judgment quieting title in Alvin Bauer and Mary Bauer, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, to the east half of the northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 8 North, Range 5, in Lancaster County, Nebraska.
