April 6, 1965, Seattle police officers found a one-volume treatise on textiles entitled "America's Fabrics" by Bendure and Pfeiffer in an apartment they believed occupied by Mr. Amos Lee Morris, the appellant. Appellant said that he had seen the book, but had never read or examined it.
