This is an appeal by Lincoln Income Life Insurance Company from a judgment based upon a jury verdict for Ella Anderson, et vir, mother-in-law of deceased insured, Judy Dedrick, upon an insurance policy insuring the life for the latter person. Suit was for the face value of the policy of $1,000 and for statutory penalty and reasonable attorney's fees. Ella Anderson was the beneficiary in the policy.
