This appeal is by Security Life and Trust Company, defendant below, from a judgment in favor of the appellee in the sum of $10,000. The action was on a life insurance policy and was heard by the trial court without a jury. The widow, appellee, has since remarried, changing her name from Galin to Linton.

The main question presented is whether the policy was in force at the time the insured, Herman Galin, was killed in an automobile accident...
