This is an action to recover benefits alleged to be due under two life insurance policies insuring the life of Willard L. Rachal, now deceased. Both policies were issued by the defendant, Union National Life Insurance Company. The suit was instituted by Mrs. Lucille Lambert Rachal, as tutrix for her two minor children, and by three other parties, who sued as "cotrustees" of the proceeds of the policies.
