This is an action brought by Western Pipe and Supply, Inc., a corporation, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against Heart Mountain Oil Company, Inc., Fletcher G. Edwards, doing business as Heart Mountain Oil Company, and others, to foreclose an oil and gas lien filed against Heart Mountain Oil Company.
