OPINION

CHAVEZ, Justice.

Plaintiff-appellant appeals from the trial court's order reducing appellant's workmen's compensation benefits. Defendants-appellees sought diminution of appellant's benefits in accordance with § 59-10-25, N.M.S.A., 1953 Comp., as it existed at the time of appellant's injury and award. After a hearing, the trial court ordered that appellant's benefits be reduced to 20% of total disability.
