Clifford Williams had been employed as a teacher for several years in School District No. 40 of Gila County and had attained status as a "continuing teacher" as defined in A.R.S. § 15-251. Upon notice of termination of his contract, as provided in A.R.S. § 15-253, a hearing was held, as provided in A.R.S. § 15-254, and after the hearing Mr. Williams was discharged from his position as a teacher employed by the School District....
