DOYLE Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff and respondent in the District Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District. The judgment enjoined the defendants and appellants from moving a fence from its present location and erecting a new fence on the section line between the legal subdivisions of which the plaintiff and defendants are the record owners.
