The petitioner, Gilbert Lewis Spears, has moved, under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255, to vacate his conviction of January 29, 1965, based upon his plea of guilty to an information charging bank robbery, for which he was sentenced in this court to fifteen years in prison.
