This is an action to reform the description of real property in a purchase agreement in which the defendants sold certain real property on which there was located a restaurant building. Subsequent to the execution of such written agreement, a dispute arose between the parties, and the plaintiffs, as buyers in such agreement, brought an action for specific performance of the agreement.
