This is an appeal from a verdict and judgment in two consolidated actions resulting from a head-on collision between the automobile owned and driven by appellant and a truck owned by appellee Neville Cotton and driven by appellee Harold W. Thomas. The wreck occurred on a sharp curve on U.S. 277 in Madison County on the afternoon of October 13, 1959. The first action was filed by Cotton against Arch J.
