This appeal is from the United States District Court, District of Minnesota, wherein the motion by defendant for judgment notwithstanding the verdict was granted subsequent to a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs in the amount of $11,000. The complaint was for accidental death benefits under the terms of two life insurance policies on the life of plaintiffs' son, of which plaintiffs are the beneficiaries...
