In this diversity negligence action the defendant joined a third-party defendant claiming a right of contribution. There is no diversity of citizenship shown between the defendant and the third-party defendant. Now, the defendant, third-party plaintiff, seeks to amend her complaint to add a claim for her own personal injuries to the claim for contribution brought in the original third-party complaint.
