PALMORE, Judge.

On the morning of June 9, 1962, a gas explosion occurred in the home of Mrs. Exia Campbell at Crab Orchard, Kentucky, fatally injuring Mrs. Campbell, her son-in-law, George Meissner, and Cordell Powers, a service man employed by the appellee Clara Patterson, d/b/a Central Kentucky Gas Company. Also injured were Margaret Meissner (Mrs. Campbell's daughter) and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Martin, occupants of an apartment in the Campbell house. Suits brought...
