This is a suit under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review a "final decision" of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. The "final decision" in question consists of a decision of May 26, 1964, by a hearing examiner of the Social Security Administration, which became the Secretary's "final decision" when, on October 5, 1964, the Appeals Council denied plaintiff...
