This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying the alternative motion of plaintiff, Elmer Greenlee, and defendant and third-party plaintiff, Ralph Drees, for amended findings of fact and conclusions of law or for a new trial. The plaintiff recovered a verdict for injuries sustained in an accident while he was employed doing carpentry work on the Drees premises.
