Appellant Nissel A. Rose, an attorney, has appealed from an order of the superior court which, in part, awarded the sum of $150.00 as attorney's fees in a workmen's compensation proceeding. Appellant's primary contention is that the superior court's award of $150.00 was unreasonable in light of the nature and extent of the legal services he rendered to appellee Jeffre W.
