FRANTZ, Justice.

Woodrow Price Williams, Jr., a parolee from the Colorado state penitentiary, was recommitted for an alleged violation of the terms of his parole. Claiming that his privileges had been revoked contrary to law, Williams petitioned the District Court in and for the County of Larimer for a writ of "Habeas Corpus ad Subjiciendum." Submitted with this petition was a verified "Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis."
