William F. Wetterau appeals from the Patent Office Board of Appeals' decision affirming the rejection of claims 1-4 in his application1 entitled "4-Aryl-4-Carbalkoxy - 1 - (N - Aryl - Alkanoylaminoalkyl) Piperidines and Their Preparation."
