This is an appeal from the second trial of a Workmen's Compensation case held in September, 1964. The initial question is whether the testimony at the first trial of Respondent's medical witness, Dr. Joe Dickerson, was admissible at the second trial. Dr. Dickerson resided at Jasper, Texas, which is located in a county adjacent to Newton County where both trials were held. He testified in person at the first trial which was held in February of 1964...
