PER CURIAM.

Defendant assigns as error the denial of his motion to quash the indictment, made before pleading thereto. His contention is that the only witness who appeared before and was examined by the grand jury was Bob Head, a deputy sheriff, and that all Bob Head knew about the case was hearsay or statements made to him by defendant, which statements were inadmissible because they were obtained in violation of his constitutional rights.
