In this appeal May Speed Sexton, plaintiff, asks us to decide that William A. Stroman, defendant, was as a matter of law guilty of negligence which was the proximate cause of the collision involving their respective automobiles; to hold that the judgment for defendant was plainly wrong or without evidence to support it, and to grant her a new trial on the issue of damages only. Defendant has assigned as a cross-error the refusal of the trial court...
