Thomas Gibbons, an employee of Savannah Sugar Refining Corporation, sustained an accidental injury on July 20, 1962, which arose out of and in the course of his employment. That injury resulted in his death on July 28, 1962. Dorothy Gibbons, his widow, for herself and for the minor children of Thomas Gibbons, filed a claim with the State Board of Workmen's Compensation against the employer and its insurer.
