Dr. John Lee Wasem is a 47-year-old dentist, practicing at Aurora, in Lawrence County. On November 6, 1963, in the Circuit Court of Greene County, he pleaded guilty to a charge of feloniously abetting an abortion. The appeal now before us grows out of proceedings by which the Missouri Dental Board revoked Dr. Wasem's license to practice dentistry.
