KILKENNY, District Judge:

The Government elected to proceed on Counts VII, II, III and V in the order given. I will dismiss Counts I, IV and VI.

Defendant is prosecuted under 18 U.S.C. § 1001, 18 U.S.C. § 1002 and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
